Set Yourself Free

Set yourself free to be who you are
Each moment, each thought, each deed
Open your heart to know the Divine
That is living as you and as me.

Nothing is separate and nothing is lost
As we journey through life’s Divine plan
Look with the eyes of an inner sight
And discover the truth of Hu man.

Once again reunite all the parts of yourself
Without judging this good or that bad
Just know there’s a reason that transpires to move
The events and the plays of the land

It’s the fear of feeling the fullness of ALL
Life would show us about who we are
It’s the judgments we hold about most everything
That would silence our knowing and not let us sing.

Wrap yourself warm with compassion and love
And allow all the feelings to flow
Set yourself free in the center of life
With your radiant luminous glow.
