The Reformer is the most recognizable piece of equipment used in Pilates exercise. It glides forward and backward on rollers and uses resistance against tensioned springs. Exercises are also done on the Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Barrels. All of these pieces of equipment are highly versatile and have their own features and benefits. |
